1. An adult must be present during service duration.
2. Equipment must be freely accessible.
3. High speed Internet connection may be required for some services.
4. Appointments should be cancelled/changed at least 1 hour in advance. To avoid a minimum service/cancellation fee of $10.00.
5. PC Bug Busters Custom Computer Solutions LLC. reserves the right to rearrange or cancel appointments, but will make every effort to accommodate client's first choice of date and time.
6. Standard on-site service is restricted to a 45 miles radius from our Bowling Green, Ohio office for residential customers. For company's and government facilities we can make arrangements for service within a 2 hour radius of Bowling Green, Ohio. However, said entities will be responsible for compensation for gasoline, room and boarding costs, and meals for the duration of the service call.
7. Workmanship on services is guaranteed for a period of 30 days. Reconfigurations, changes and/or modification to the serviced equipment will strictly void warranty. Any changes or additional work after the end of initial services done will result in additional service charges at the standard rate indicated in the "prices" section of this web site.
8. For every service call there is a one time non-refundable diagnostic / exam fee (to be paid up front). Full payment is due upon completion of service (unless a payment schedule is worked out in writing before hand). Payments are to be made by personal check, cashiers check, money order or cash. Sorry, no credit cards are accepted.
9. Some equipment repair services may not be available on-site, for which lab services will be offered. Equipment will be picked-up from client's residence and returned to the same location in another appointment. Our typical turn-around time is 2 business days or less, unless special order parts or entire operating system restoration is required.
10. We take every precaution to protect all computers, and audio/visual equipment and data they may contain while servicing or in our care; however we will not be held responsible for any Force Majeure or "act of god" or accident out of our control via the means of voltage spike, brownouts, or coincidental failure of hard ware such as hard drive that have an inherent MTTF ("mean time to failure") from the factory and is listed on their respective warranty disclosure; as is normal for ALL mechanical devices that have moving parts or are utilized by alternating current and subject to failure from improper electrical power sent over standard electric lines from the power companies.
